This Polvoron with Chia Seeds, crafted by La Marca Craft Foods, is handmade in small batches using only the finest ingredients. It’s minimally processed and free from additives or preservatives, providing a tasty alternative to traditional sugary polvoron.

Polvoron, known as polboron in Cebuano and pulburon in Tagalog, is a cherished dessert among Filipinos. This sweet and crumbly shortbread is traditionally made of toasted flour, powdered milk, sugar, and butter.

La Marca Craft Foods has introduced a delicious and healthy twist to the traditional recipe. For our homemade and handcrafted polvoron, we’ve added almond flour for extra flavor. Our polvoron contains no added sugar or starch filler. To elevate our polvoron into a super snack, we’ve included organic chia seeds.

Organic chia seeds are a rich source of protein, potassium, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, iron, calcium, antioxidants, and fiber.
