Polvoron, known as polboron in Cebuano and pulburon in Tagalog, is a classic dessert loved by all Filipinos. It’s a sweet and crumbly shortbread traditionally made of toasted flour, powdered milk, sugar, and butter.

La Marca Craft Foods has introduced a super tasty and healthy twist to the traditional recipe. For our homemade and handcrafted polvoron, we’ve added almond flour with skin for extra flavor. Our polvoron has no added sugar and no added starch filler. To elevate our polvoron into a super snack, we’ve included organic spirulina powder.
